Even though ROC USA has made it possible for so many manufactured home parks all over the county to become resident owned, the best way to keep the parks affordable, it is nice to know there are other ways to do that. He outlined the sad state of affairs in many mobile home parks, including our own, as they are purchased by rapacious corporate entities that see residents as trapped victims with no choice but to pay the exorbitant prices they charge to continue to live in their homes.
