Persistent negotiations with Colorado State government resulted in the passing of HB20-1201. We are one of the first parks to benefit from the law giving us the right to purchase our park.

This, among other recently enacted laws, help to protect the interests of mobile home park residents.

This is a great beginning but we still have far to go.

Here is the reason heartless profiteers have been buying up trailer parks. Keep it in mind when you hear them whining to the government about how burdensome it is for them to have to obey state and federal laws protecting the rights of the homeowners.
